Browser and proxy

Built-in works from this one HTML file with no server: each page is fetched through a public relay and shown in a locked-down frame, with links, searches, tabs and back/forward kept inside the Browser tab. If one relay is down it tries the next. Sign-ins, videos and big web apps may not work. Direct just frames the site, which many sites block. URL prefix and Ultraviolet are for a proxy you host yourself.
